The Variables That Influence Cost:
How large is the area needing insulation? The amount of spray foam required depends on the height of your walls, the pitch of your attic, how many stories your home has, and the size of any other areas needing insulation such as crawlspaces.
What type of spray foam insulation is required? We spray two types of spray foam: open cell spray foam and closed-cell spray foam. We will tell you the best type of insulation for your home as these two products suit different applications.
Open cell foam is packed with cells that are not completely enclosed, which makes the foam softer and more flexible. Open cell foam expands after application, making it perfect for insulating inside wall cavities or hard to reach areas in your home. Open cell foam is also excellent for soundproofing. A single application of open cell foam can fill the entire area between studs.
Closed cell foam is made up of cells that are pressed together, which means air and moisture are unable to get inside the foam. Closed cell foam is rigid after application, which adds to the structural integrity of the space. Its seamless air barrier reduces the risk of moisture, pollutants, and pests getting inside your home.

Concrete Raising and Leveling (Slab or Foam Jacking)
We use spray foam to raise and support sunken concrete slabs, driveways, and walkways. “Foam jacking” achieves the same results as traditional mudjacking, but with lightweight material and fewer holes. We drill small holes into the slab, allowing us to pump the foam underneath the concrete slab. This material will raise the concrete, fill any voids, and stabilize the soils.
